I used a picture of the HiOA Gaming logo, inverted in Photoshop, ran through http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/, and merged with the original model by sanzliot in Meshmixer. The printed version shown is in green PLA, printed on an Ultimaker 2+ using a 0.4 nozzle, 20% infill, and "fast printing" settings (0.15mm).
