I love the original Switch controller " Dock" it feels right and works well, but I am not able to use my silicon sleeves on my joycons while they are mounted on the original grip.I dont want to take of the sleeves every time I attach them to the original gripThe Grip on the Back is detachable and hold in position by a circular Lock.There are two elevated pods on the detachable grip, you can add two chair felt pads to support the joycons against the applied pressure from your Thumbs.Fix the " lockdisk" with a common screw, washer and an O ring to apply constant and stable pressure on the locking mechanism.IMPORTANT:After Printing you have to cut or file down the sides of the grip mount to make it fit the base of the Comfycon, I made it a bit wider on purpose because not every printer prints the same,but this part has to be a tight fit for a good experience. Use a file  and retry more often  until you reach the perfect fit.
