Nintendo Switch Grip

Nintendo Switch Grip

thingiverse

Check out my remix of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2238228 A grip for the Nintendo Switch when used in portable mode. Everything Nintendo makes seems to be designed with small hands in mind, so I created this to make it more comfortable for everyone while still allowing the JoyCons to charge. Still a work in progress The model is messy, but at 0.4mm, it smooths out nicely. I haven't printed the entire thing, only the grips, which fit tightly enough that I don't need to connect them with the middle piece. I'm working on improving the ergonomics, as I've been struggling with SolidWorks without any formal experience. I had fun making this, and it's just the first part of my overall vision - stay tuned! If you want to motivate me even more, feel free to drop a tip! Totally optional, but it would definitely keep the fire burning Print Settings Printer Brand: Printer: Simple Black Rafts: Supports: Resolution: Infill: Post-Printing Optional You may need to print the middle piece if the grips don't fit well enough for you as they did for me. I was planning on using super glue or something. I can't guarantee that the entire assembly will fit perfectly. If you print it upright like I did, you may have to clean up the bottom where it may be rough from the supports, like mine. **!Disclaimer!** Due to the tight fitment, the finish on your JoyCons and Switch may start to wear away or get marked up.
