UPDATE: For anyone without access to a 3D printer, V3 is now available on Spencer's Etsy store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/3DPrinterSpencer Update 5/21/2017: A new version (V3) has been added, offering the perfect balance between size, comfort and easy reach to shoulder buttons. Screenshots have also been updated to highlight the differences. A split version of V3 is available for smaller printers. A great video showcases V3 being printed by ModBot: https://youtu.be/8MzNG5oqPlI He explains the print settings used and shares his experience using it with the switch, highlighting its comfort and functionality. Thanks, ModBot! Update 5/4/2017: Two new versions (V2A and V2B whole) have been added to address concerns about hitting shoulder buttons during extended play sessions. I aimed for an Xbox-inspired set of grips for portable mode, drawing inspiration from a previous model by ant385645. For smaller print beds, a split version is available; however, you may need to sand the connecting rails slightly to ensure a smooth fit. The whole version is recommended for added sturdiness. When printing, make sure the entire piece (or all split pieces) is printed standing upright to minimize support material and maintain a smooth slot for the tablet. This ensures optimal results. Print Settings: Supports: Yes Notes: To achieve perfect results, print the design standing upright, as shown in the first picture. If printed face down, the slot may not be wide enough due to sagging, resulting in unnecessary support material usage.
