The card dimensions are slightly smaller than an actual game cartridge so as not to interfere with internal mechanisms of the reader, ensuring your console stays safe. I suggest printing vertically with a .2 layer height or less for optimal results. If you've mastered bridge settings, you might be able to print it flat instead. Be mindful of sagging in the inner chamber, which is quite thin, to achieve the best outcome.
