Nintendo Switch Arcade Cabinet
thingiverse
A stand for the Nintendo Switch in miniature arcade cabinet form is available for the console. All components, with the exception of the top, should be assembled. The top is designed to slide on and off to allow insertion and removal of the Nintendo Switch Console. To build one cabinet, you will need one each of the following items: - Top - Simple Bottom and Front - Simple Cradle - Simple Back - Left Side - Right Side - Filler Some users have reported issues with the hub components not working as intended on certain versions of the Switch firmware. However, others claim that this problem has been resolved in version 7.0.0 or later. Some people are also concerned about third-party devices potentially bricking their consoles, although I have not heard of any cases where this occurred using these components. If you still want to use them, do so at your own risk. To build a cabinet with electronic charging components, you will need one each of the following items: - Top - Bottom and Front - Cradle - Back - Left Side - Right Side - Filler - Elbow Retainer - Fan Duct (optional) The electronics used in this project include: - A USB C male to female adapter with right and left angled 90-degree bends. - A Seadream panel mount dual USB 2.0 extension cable. - An AC Infinity 80mm USB fan. - A LENTION 4-in-1 USB-C hub. - A panel mount USB-C extension cable.
