You already know what you're doing on March 3rd? Yes? Then this could be something fun for you. Smiling. This project prints at a 1:1 scale, matching the original size perfectly. To add some extra flair, you can illuminate the screen with LEDs. There are two Joycon versions available: One version comes with a bare joycon body and separated buttons, marked by a "-x-" in the filename. The other version has a solid, single-piece design with buttons and Joycon body combined. This one is denoted by "-z-". As for console options, you have three to choose from: A two-part model can be used with LEDs, identified by "-y-". There's also a solid single-piece console available, marked by "-w-" in the filename. For smaller 3D printers, there's an additional option: a solid two-piece console, labeled as "-k-". Instructions for assembly are straightforward: Print the model with infill and no support needed. Glue all parts together to complete the build. To add a screen, print "screen.pdf," cut it out, and attach it to the front of the console. If you're using LEDs, consider printing "screen.pdf" twice and gluing one on top of the other for maximum effect. Once completed, upload a photo and enjoy the anticipation! If you have any suggestions, questions, or need further information, feel free to reach out.
