This design for the Switch kickstand is remarkably straightforward, efficient and requires minimal materials to print. It offers flexibility in terms of orientation, allowing users to position it at either 35° or 55° (the standard Switch kickstand has an angle of ~65°). To ensure a snug fit, print one stand at a time and adjust the scale by +/- 1% as needed. The stands should be positioned at each end of the main body before the Joycons for optimal stability and to prevent obstruction of buttons or ventilation. The 35° mode is considered ideal for playing VOEZ at a desk due to its angle. Tip: When using a slick surface such as a glass desk, a small piece of electrical tape can be applied to the bottom surface of each stand to enhance grip on the plastic.
