This version is cleaned up by Poikilos and distributed with permission from MrTalida on Twitter. He scanned it with permission from Nintendo. I added the Non-Commercial license to avoid offending Nintendo, and derivatives should follow that license to show this is distributed for purposes of preserving history and of our fondness for Nintendo.
