Nintendo DS Stylus
thingiverse
A Nintendo DS first-gen stylus design fits snugly into its holder on the device's backside. The stability is commendable. I created this using a BFB 3D Printer, without additional surface and with two extra skins, made of PLA plastic. For an ideal end holder, use a cooling dummy (like a cylindrical object near the stylus tip). Print it horizontally for optimal stability. Post-processing involves sanding with varying grit sizes (40 to 60 to 120) for a perfect fit; minor additional adjustments may be required.
