Nintendo DS Stylus
thingiverse
A 2-part stylus was printed based on measurements from mm_wrx's part (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1079). This served as an emergency replacement for a 9-year-old who lost her original stylus during vacation. The fit in the DS case was perfect, requiring minimal cleanup. It can be printed on a Mendel/Darwin, Makerbot Cupcake or other RepRap derivatives. Assemble the two parts using an adhesive suitable for your material to create a shoulder that prevents the stylus from sliding too far into the DS case.
