Add Description or Print Details...\nPrint Settings\nPrinter Brand: MakerGear\n Printer: M2\n Rafts: No\n Supports: Doesn't Matter\n Infill: Whatever you want\n Notes: I ran numerous tests with this design, finally printing my final version at .05mm resolution and 50% infill to achieve maximum stability and smoothness. You can print it at lower resolutions and infill percentages without any issues. I chose not to use supports, but if you need them for a precise tip fit, it's perfectly fine. Printing vertically is also an option; I tried it once and it worked, albeit with rougher side finishes due to the reduced resolution used. Try using supports or vertical printing if you're unsure about the original design orientation. Post-Printing A light sanding of the tip is all that's needed after printing. Despite rounding the tip in the design, it still prints slightly pointed. Use some sandpaper on the tip to preserve your DS and prevent damage. The stylus fits perfectly into my device without any need for extensive post-printing work. I used wood-infused PLA, but regular PLA will also yield great results when filed down.
