Ninjaflex vibration isolation feet for Prusa i3 MK3 + MK3S
thingiverse
I originally designed these feet for my MK3S in Flexion X60 ultra-soft TPU using my modded Replicator 2, but I wanted them to be printable on the Prusa MK3S itself, which cannot print X60 material. I've included print settings for Ninjaflex that replicates the vibration-damping qualities of the softer X60 material. Compared to my original X60 feet, I reduced the number of perimeters and decreased the infill to match the suppleness of X60. These feet fit snugly into the extruded aluminum frame and might require some effort to install, but they will stay securely in place once they're fitted! Ninjaflex sticks like glue to PEI, so make sure you use a protective layer with adhesive to prevent damaging the print bed. I apply diluted white PVA glue, but others have reported good results using glue sticks as well.
