NinjaFlex Sample Filament Spool

This is a basic spool I created for 50g of sample NinjaFlex I obtained from Printrbot. It prints in two halves that screw together. The interior diameter measures 40mm and the exterior edge measures 94mm. Designed to fit on the spool holders of my Printrbot Play and Simple, this holds 50g well and could likely accommodate up to 100-150 without any issues. I wouldn't recommend using this with non-flexible filament since it might cause excessive curling. The holes for the filament are somewhat narrow so the ends can be held snugly in place. If you print your first layer too close to the bed, you may seal off the ends too tightly, so scaling up by about 5% is recommended. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .3 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed at 90mm/s. Requires two prints for both halves and takes approximately 2 hours total. How I Designed This Designed in Fusion 360 There are some parameters to experiment with, but I grew tired and so the diameter of the filament holes must be edited manually.
