Ninjaflex helper for Printerbot simple (alu extruder v1)

** Update Dec 5, 2015 Added a model with more clearance between where the guide ends and direct drive + bearing starts. Not sure if this was an issue for anyone, but if you're having trouble with the original model, try the "more clearance" stl. This is a guide for the Printrbot Simple Alum Extruder (V1). It's designed to improve reliability when printing with Ninjaflex. Still need to test it out on a long print. Check out this design on Youmagine: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/printrbot-alu-extruder Remember to remove the small support from one of the holes after printing is complete. The guide can be used without the STL "bar" attached, but if you want to use it, you may need to file it down a bit for proper fitment. This guide can be left in place when printing with other filaments (1.75mm). Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: Not required Supports: No supports needed Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 100% Notes: The guide was printed on a Printrbot Simple (1405) using PLA/PHA from Colorfabb. Regular PLA should work just fine too.
