Modified whpthomas' excellent Replicator 2 Extruder Upgrade thing: (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42250) to add support for flexible filament throughout the entire extruder path. This includes a conic guide attached to the aluminum block, and a bump out for the gap in the drive gear, preventing NinjaSuck. The rest of the design remains intact, with its clever built-in supports still working as intended. Print solid, left, or right versions of the upgrade, which can be found attached. Simply add the arms and enjoy the results of this modified extruder upgrade. This mod has been performing exceptionally well while printing Ninjaflex parts. Depending on how precisely your printer is calibrated, you may need to drill out the holes slightly to achieve a snug yet not overly tight fit around the filament. When done correctly, this should provide a seamless printing experience with flexible filaments.
