Modified whpthomas' exceptional Replicator 2 Extruder Upgrade: (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:42250) to support flexible filament throughout its path to the extruder. This modification includes a conical guide to the aluminum block and a protrusion for the gap in the drive gear, effectively preventing NinjaSuck from occurring. As a result, this enhancement preserves the entire design of the original replicator upgrade while adding a built-in support system. Instructions: Print the solid and both left and right versions that are attached here. Then, add the arms and experience the resulting greatness. This upgrade has consistently worked well with Ninjaflex parts being printed successfully now. It's worth noting that your printer may need some tuning to work effectively; if necessary, you might want to drill out the holes slightly. Ensure a snug but not overly tight fit on the filament for optimal performance. Enjoy!
