Ninja Super Clip
thingiverse
If you're using the fabulous Ninja (PRINTinZ) plate v2, you'll need these. The MB Rep2 plate isn't absolutely straight and thus fixing the Ninja plate isn't quite easy with the square clips (unless you're using the old-school paper clips and then you're in a different league altogether anyway - bare with me :)). The existing square clips are good but I experienced a variance in hold that warranted something with a bit more tension. Enter the Ninja Super-Clip! This clip adds the spring component that my other clips missed, creating that extra grip to compensate for the variation in print plate thickness, making it "snap" the right way when clipping it on. It takes up the same space as the other clips, but adds that Ninja grip! One clip to rule them all :) To keep the spring effect, not least with this being PLA prints, don't keep the clips mounted when not using the printer. Clip them on as you prepare for the print. Instructions Printed on MB Rep2 standard settings in PLA, provides a very strong grip on the plate. Four clips is all you need and your flexible PrintinZ printer plate is going to be held down really tight and snug, ready for your next "killer print". I've included a "things" file with one print of all four clips - all you would typically need. Now show me your colors and remixes! :)
