This a quick access ninja star holder I designed, I ended up using a plasma cnc to cut out my metal stars. After my build it reminded me of the Ninja turtles ninja star holders. I printed the frame and belt hook from PETG and the push buttons and star from PLA, Belt hook should be 100% infill with heavy wall line count and printed with the belt slot vertical for best strength. The frame should also have a heavy wall count and 30-50% infill should be fine. The buttons need to be printed with the center hole vertical, so sideways orientation or the y will break, use 100% infill for these as well. Once printed you can use M4 nuts and bolts to hold the belt hook on. I used some rivets I had for the push button shafts. simply remove the rivet shaft and snip off the ball end with some side cutters. its a tight fit for a shaft with 1.95mm diameter or .075" I included 2 different designs for the buttons so whatever you prefer, the V2 has more pop to it but V1 sits more flush.
