Its purpose is to securely hold a piece of rust-resistant water pipe, boasting an outer diameter of 15mm and an inner diameter of 13mm, serving as a sturdy handlebar alternative. The endcaps feature strategically placed gaps to accommodate wrapping tape for secure clamping. Additionally, the holes are designed for cutting a M6 thread to facilitate the use of M6 bolts.
