Ninebot Mini Pro head / tail light mount

This is a headlight/taillight mount specifically designed for the Ninebot Mini Pro, which will not fit the regular Mini version. I successfully use it with Meilan X1 and Meilan X6 lights, but it can also be adapted to work with other models. Print Settings: Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30+ Notes: To maximize the strength of the mount, print it in a horizontal position, just as shown in the STL file. The rear part doesn't require any supports, but the front one does. Post-Printing: To avoid scratching the metal with plastic, I added a 1 mm gap between the mount and handlebar. Then, I glued thin (1mm) rubber strips to both mount parts before assembling them together. Specifications: General Height: 45 mm. Thickness: 8 mm. Mount screws: M3x16 (or longer). Gap between handlebar and mount: 1 mm. Front Mount Tube diameter: 32 mm. Gap between front tube and mount: 16 mm. Mount width: 20 mm. Rear Mount Tube diameter: 25 mm. Tube angle: 77 degrees. Gap between rear tube and mount (for o-ring): 5.5 mm. Mount width: 28 mm.
