Ninebot Max Sharkset Rear Fender
thingiverse
Made fender for Ninebot Max Sharkset Rear suspension, because I didn't like the included assembly. This one covers whole wheel from top and even from sides, so it will catch almost all water splashes flying at you. Printed in 3 parts so it can fit the print bed of even small printers with minimum supports and also is sturdier due to layer orientation. You need to use supports at the bottom lips, but the fender body overhang doesn't need supports. I recommend at least 3 perimeter walls, but infill can be 10% (Gyroid 10% infill seem to work great). I used PETG material. For the assembly, print all 3 parts, superglue them together. Optional is to cover the whole part in fiberglass to reinforce it. Mounting it to suspension is straight forward, but if you have any question, leave here comment. If you want, I can share version with no rear mounting holes for cleaner look. Assembly can be seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BnoDy8Zkn8 **EDIT 16.04.2023** - Since multiple people have asked, I'm adding here single piece model of fender with and without rear support mount.
