The trolley wheel serves as a vertical stabilizer for the scooter when folded in place. Securement of the wheel is achieved through a hose clamp, measuring between 60-80mm in diameter and up to 10mm in width, coupled with double-sided adhesive tape approximately 1mm thick to prevent rotation. In the case of G30D Versions, stability is ensured by engaging the upper threads of orange reflectors on each side using M4x20mm screws and a washer measuring Ø12mm in diameter. Print specifications from V1.2 G30D are detailed in accompanying photographs: PETG filament, 3mm wall thickness, and 20% infill density (Cura software utilizing Cubic Subdivision algorithm). Even under extreme conditions, the entire scooter weight can be supported by one wheel.
