This adapter is specifically designed to attach the Nimble V2 to the very smart PCB effector that Escher3D is developing with Think3dPrint3d in collaboration. It incorporates a hot end mount developed by E3D. Take a look at the effector here: https://duet3d.com/wiki/Smart_effector_and_carriage_adapters_for_delta_printer When it comes to the nut used for mounting the hot end to the Smart Effector, there are two sizes available - 19 mm Across the Flats (AF) and 17 AF. Make sure you pick the correct one. To attach the adapter to the Nimble V2, simply bolt it onto the hot end mount. Then, bolt the Nimble to the adapter. There was a risk of hitting an arm in certain positions, so the fan mount is now flatter and avoids this issue. - 4 All fan duct options were removed, and a completely new system was implemented. - 5 A mistake in the mount was discovered, where two columns had 2.9 mm holes instead of 3.5 mm. This has been corrected. ### Part Cooling Fan System The Fan Base is attached to the smart effector. Depending on which fan you use - either the 5015 or the 4020 radial fans - you will need to attach that specific Fan Frame to mount the fan on the frame. At the same time, the relevant duct is attached. The Fan Base has slots for adjusting the duct height. It provides enough adjustment to handle the height difference between a standard V6 hot end and a Volcano. ### The Nimble V2 Extruder With an installed weight of less than 26 grams on your carriage/effector, the Zesty Nimble V2 is the smallest and lightest extruder available for purchase.
