Nimble V1 and Nimble V2 on the E3D Toolchanger

thingiverse

All necessary components to install a Nimble on the E3D Toolchanger are provided. This includes a compact block for attaching the Nimble and a larger block for securing the stepper motor and bracket to the top plate of the printer. A 75 cm cable is sufficient in this setup. Nimble_Mount parts cater specifically to the Nimble V1, while Nimble V2 Mount parts are designed for the Nimble family's Version 2. Be cautious when placing a tool head back into its park position. The drive cable can push it down slightly, making docking and staying docked challenging. Mounting the stepper motor on the side rather than the rear ensures smoother tool head docking. The STL models provided have been thoroughly checked and optimized for printing. Parts requiring different orientations to print correctly are rotated to their preferred printing positions. With an installed weight of less than 27 grams on your carriage/effector, the Zesty Nimble is the smallest and lightest extruder available, offering ample torque and versatility in mounting orientations. The Nimble can be purchased from Zesty Technology.
