This is a Gimble Mount for the Zesty Nimble remote direct cable extruder, designed to accommodate 15mm and 20mm extrusions secured with 3mm mounting screws. Pockets are provided for (4) 5mm Square nuts available from McMaster Carr at https://www.mcmaster.com/90225a101, which are used in conjunction with (4) 5mm SS Allen Screws sourced from McMaster Carr at https://www.mcmaster.com/91292a127. Assembling the mount requires a light application of blue loctite at 5mm connections. The Gimble Mount is compatible with both single and dual stepper configurations. The Single Stepper Inner Ring utilizes (2) 5mm brass inserts from McMaster Carr at https://www.mcmaster.com/94510a250, replacing square nuts, while (4) 3mm square nuts available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018503K94/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 are inserted into the nut pockets. Future modifications may be considered to enable all hardware placement post-print.
