Nimble and Sidewinder V2 mount CR-10 type print heads

These parts allow for a direct mount of a CR-10 type print head to either a [Nimble V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-v2) or a [Sidewinder V2](https://zesty.tech/products/the-nimble-sidewinder-v2).\r\n\r\nThe Nimble or Sidewinder V2 mounts directly onto the standard printhead, requiring no adjustments to the hot end or other components. Simply unscrew the bowden connector, mount the block and secure it tightly to the hot end using a screw. Then, attach the Nimble or Sidewinder.\r\n\r\nA detailed installation manual is available [here](http://zestytechnology.readthedocs.io/en/latest/printers/index.html). Although written for the Sidewinder V1, most of the steps are applicable to the V2 Family. The instructions will become clear upon mounting.\r\n\r\nThe parts were not designed for FDM printing but can be attempted.
