Nikon Lens Hood Large Diameter

I discovered that the clips from the original design were much too large to fit snugly into my camera's mounting grooves, likely due to the fact that I had scaled them up significantly. My camera features an 18-105mm lens with a larger diameter, approximately 67mm in official measurements but measuring around 72mm at its outer rim where the hood is attached. In contrast, the original clips might fit better on smaller diameter lenses like my 18-55mm model.
