I built my own custom flash extender for photography, tailored specifically for Nikon SB900 or SB910 Speed lights. To replicate this design, you'll need to obtain a sheet of fresnel lens, which can be found at Staples for around $5, or opt for those plastic sheet magnifiers as an alternative solution. Being frugal, I chose not to spend $45 on a Better Beamer. The printed version features an upright orientation with a wide base that tapers towards the top, providing stability and balance. Reinforcing supports are integrated into the top tabs to ensure secure attachment. To securely fasten the extender to your flash, hooks are included for easy attachment using rubber bands.
