I tried first CodexNecro's build (that in turn was a remix from another build), but my printing was suffering from Elephant's paw and the thread was unusable. I also don't like much to use frequently the plastic thread, and I had spacers laying around, so I shortened the CodexNecro's build in 5mm, and added an aluminum 5mm spacer, so when I install this on my telescope, I use the aluminum thread. Third, I increased the size of the thread in 1% so the aluminum spacer threads in easier. Finally I split the build in two pieces, so if the thread on the bottom is deformed, I can use the thread on the bottom. Instructions (if not clear enough already): 1. Print the two parts. 2. Assemble the threaded part with a 5mm spacer. If assembly is difficult, try the other side of the threaded part. 3. Glue the threaded part with the mount part using cyanoacrylate. I used a paper binder to hold them together while the glue was drying.
