This is a Nikon F mount template according to the drawing https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Nikon_F-mount_mechDwg.png including my OpenSCAD source code. ==================================================================== Update 28 December 2020: After having printed a series of ever improving prototypes I have now what IMHO is a matured design: - A bayonet part (without the required base plate) - A base plate to be glued on top of the bayonet. The base plate is the foundation on top of which you may implement your own design. The (as thin as possible) base plate is not meant to be printed separately but only integral to your own OpenSCAD functional design. - A lockable body cap top as an implementation example, designed on top of the integral base plate. So to get a fully functional lockable body cap you will have to print both the bayonet part and this body cap top and glue them together (I use Revell Contact Professional). ==================================================================== Update 27 December 2020: See my added remarks to legal rights and liability in this summary, and the added reamarks on print settings further down. I will adapt the design so you can print the base plate with the camera-facing surface on your print bed (in order to make this surface as smooth as possible). ==================================================================== Update 26 December 2020: - Added a lockable body cap as an example - Added fit rings to facilityte alignment when glueing together the individually printed parts (for reason of avoiding supports) ==================================================================== You may use the OpenSCAD template for your own designs on top of it (e.g. pinhole adapters, macro adapters, body caps ...).
