Nikon DIY GPS Holder
thingiverse
To secure my homemade Nikon GPS (http://cyrozap.com/2011/08/13/diy-nikon-d5100-gps), I designed an attachment for my camera. This eliminates the need to hold the module while adjusting the zoom. However, I haven't tested its compatibility with the flash, so there may be insufficient clearance between the GPS and flash. To use it, print the design and fit it into your camera. If necessary, sand it down for a proper fit. Attach the GPS module to the hotshoe insert using velcro, double-sided tape, or superglue/epoxy.
