Nikko VaporizR 2 replacement battery pack
thingiverse
Battery replacement pack: carefully assemble, or risk short circuit. Wrongly mounted batteries can create a real possibility of short circuit. Choose conductor lengths with care, as incorrect selection can lead to damage and even fire. I used 316 stainless steel welding rod for springs connecting batteries in series. For the return wire to the negative pole, I chose solid copper wire 1 mm thick. The positive pole loop requires a solid copper wire 1.35mm (1.5mm²) for proper connection. Before assembly, file flat the wires where battery connections are made. Drill holes to required dimensions and perform necessary soldering. The design needs improvement: a fillet around the entire battery pack is essential for correct fitment. Additionally, the wires' loop-around design requires attention to avoid issues. If my instructions are unclear, I advise exercising caution when assembling this project.
