I need a hint about how to deal with this massive output of lists that contain points and edges. This input has three dimensions. Therefore, I would assume you are representing some geometric data with a point for the centroid of each region, some number of regions, an arbitrary edge list (where both sides should have different signs in front), as well as any sort of numerical value attached to this entire dataset. Can you hint on how this data was created and how it could be useful?
