Nikkai SSR Covers
thingiverse
This is a terminal cover for the Nikkai SR-T1A2020TK Solid State Relay (SSR). Due to its relatively high cost, this SSR isn't very common. It's more expensive than most SSRs because it's a quality relay, unlike many of the clones that flood the market. You'll need to print two copies of this cover, one for each side. The side without a sidewall should face towards the terminals. A M3 screw can be used in the provided screw hole, and its length will depend on your specific application. Make sure to orient the cover with the "danger" label facing down. The top (printed on the bottom) and sides of this cover are 2mm thick, while the text is 0.6mm deep. Since this device operates at AC mains voltage (120v), a warning label has been added for safety reasons. To achieve this design, I printed it using a 0.2mm layer height. This allowed me to create three layers where I could swap filament and make the "DANGER" text more visible. In my design, the first three layers are bright green so they're easy to see in the darker environment, while the remaining layers are red to make the warning label stand out. This cover may not be the prettiest thing, but it's incredibly simple to print.
