Nike+ sensor shoe clip
thingiverse
Introducing another clip for the Nike+ Sensor, I attempted printing the Thingiverse part (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15355) but encountered issues which might be due to Makerware fault. Thus, I created an alternative design. To print, use Replicator2 with PLA and standard "medium" settings in Makerware; no support is needed as the bridges work well on this printer. A raft is recommended for easy removal. The lace holes vary in size and might require customization depending on shoelace thickness. One hole (3.5mm diameter) fits a single shoelace, while two fit tighter. Installing the sensor requires slight pressure or moderate force with two fingers. For modifications, download SolidWorks files attached or request alternative formats. Happy running!
