I designed the lithophane parts using https://lithophanemaker.com/, while the base and top were created in Tinkercad. I chose a round flashlight from Amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/DSYJ-Round-Magnetic-Integral-Magnet/dp/B00LN3FNKK) for its LED light, gutting it to use the LED, switch, and battery terminals. The lithophane parts were printed with glow-in-the-dark PLA at 100% infill, while the base was printed with standard PLA at 20% infill with supports at an overhang of 80 degrees. I also printed the battery tray out of PETG at 100% infill with supports at a 50-degree overhang angle (PLA can be used as an alternative). The optional feet were created using TPU at 40% infill, and I designed an optional lens that was printed with colored transparent PETG at 100% infill. This solved the issue of the LEDs being too bright. The top, body, base, and battery tray were assembled together using clear epoxy. I trimmed the battery terminals, inserted them into the battery tray, and then soldered it to the LED and switch (some soldering skills are required for this). To attach the bottom plate and battery door, I used the screws from the gutted flashlight.
