The LHI/EMAX nighthawk 250 quadcopter frame was the subject of my 3D modeling project. Before assembling the actual quadcopter, I traced and modeled the frame pieces. The 3D model allowed me to experiment with various components without physically putting them together. While the motors, camera, battery, and props were downloaded from Grabcad, I did create and add several models including a circularly polarized antenna, power distribution board for CC3d, TS832 video transmitter, and FlySky FS-R6B radio receiver. I modified the 1300mAh battery from a downloaded 2200mAh model. The frame assembly was purchased from a specific source, but I wouldn't recommend the kit due to its low-quality components. However, the frame itself is solid. Additionally, there's a nerf disc launcher modeled in the design, although I never progressed beyond the first prototype.
