Nighthawk 250 legs
thingiverse
These replacement legs are specifically designed for the FPV Racer Nighthawk 250. The motors feature a unique 15-degree forward tilt. Two distinct versions have been created - a standard set and an optimized, lighter version that necessitates the use of support material. Weighing only 14 grams in PLA, this version represents a notable improvement over the standard design's 19-gram mass. I crafted these replacement legs to facilitate swift swaps after damage or wear to original parts, promoting minimal downtime. Input on this concept is welcome. The decision to omit holes for strapping the ESC proved wise, as it eliminated a vulnerability point in previous designs. Printing Guidelines: Raft Requirements: Absolutely not required Support Structure Requirements: Mandatory Yes Printer Resolution Setting: A minimum of .3 mm recommended Infill Density: 50% Rectangular or Honeycomb Additional Printing Notes: For optimal results, the X-axis must be rotated precisely by 270 degrees.
