After 24 months of rigorous use, my '250' was showing some significant wear and tear. The protective covers shielded the carbon at the ends of the main plate. A forward-facing LED mount was integrated into the front surface, angled at 20mm. If you prefer not to include the LED mount, simply print two rear pieces instead. Both the front and rear frames feature a precise point where the hole aligns perfectly. Print Settings: Printer: CTC i3 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: I usually employ a Brim to prevent prints from lifting off the bed. When printing the front piece as it's oriented, you may need to use supports to ensure stability. You might want to scale up the width by about 5% since it was a very snug fit on my printer.
