Nightflowers securely fasten onto the solar cell with a twist-and-lock mechanism. The solar cell contains an LED light source, a rechargeable AAA battery, control circuitry, and an on-off toggle switch. When darkness falls, the LED will illuminate; when daylight returns, it will automatically extinguish. However, this automated feature can be overridden by manually flipping the switch.
