Nightflowers burst into bloom under the cover of darkness. They drink in sunlight all day, then radiate light through the night. Measuring 70mm in diameter, these nocturnal wonders require a solar panel to thrive. Files for accessories are packed in with the purchase, offering a range of options for mounting nightflowers. Check out the accompanying images for a detailed catalog of the included accessories. Nightflowers secure themselves to the solar panel via a twist-and-lock mechanism. The solar panel itself houses an LED bulb, a AAA rechargeable battery, control electronics, and an on/off switch. As darkness falls, the LED lights up, while it extinguishes when daylight returns. The automatic on/off feature can be overridden by flipping the switch. Note that the solar panel is not included in the purchase, but can be sourced from other suppliers. Refer to the accompanying images for a list of retail sources. Use standard, translucent, or clear PLA plastic to bring your Nightflowers to life. Supports are included in the print files, should they be needed during printing. A single Nightflower takes approximately an hour to complete.
