The 3D model is a custom adapter for a white-labeled bicycle tail light, rebranded under several names on Amazon. These include Night Provision, Darkbeam, GearLight, SIGEM, Yabife, SXCtech, Uoobeetryy, AiruiDirect, Mantain, Dahen, Lzcat, Zhengby, and Bessie Sparks. The light comes with a silicone strap that may not be ideal for all situations. This 3D print is designed to convert it into a keychain with arms that prevent it from flipping around even with significant movement. It is meant to accept a 28mm keyring. I recommend pausing the height script in your slicer to allow for easier insertion, but you can also feed it in afterwards with some gentle prying. You will need to have the small screw and washer that previously held the silicone strap to the light.
