This model is cut into 15 pieces to fit in my Ender 3 with 200mm x 200mm x 200mm platform. You can refer to the picture of pieces labelled according to their file name in the preview section to get the part you want to print. An uncut file also included just in case you wish to cut it yourself. From pieces 1 - 5, they are cut into 2 side for easy printing. All the pieces come with flat face that can lay on the printing bed easily. Support needed is minimize with this cutting method. However, there is some slant faces which will result in "staircase" artifact on the surface. It can be fix by applying filler during the post process work for a smooth slant face. You can print it in upward position if you want to minimize the "staircase" artifact which will result in more support needed. For me I will opt for apply filler method since whichever method you choose, you will need some sanding and smoothing work during the post process. For part 6 - 10, you can print it in upward position as shown in the picture in the preview section to avoid using support. For pieces 9 and 10, there will be a little bit of support needed on the circle design that punch into the body. Glue all the pieces together using super glue or PLA glue to complete the prop. There are tunnel that punch thru the model as well. It come with diameter of 10mm. You can use anything between 7mm to 10mm as bone to further enhance the strength of the prop. If you have difficulty align the pieces together, you can print the "peg" to help you out. It is a cylinder with 9.5mm diameter. You can make use of the tunnel together with the "peg" to help you align the pieces. For scaling please use the same scale factor for all the pieces. Cheers and Happy Printing.
