Nienoord Laan building Free 3D model

This detailed model was created initially using the power tools in Sketchup 8 and afterwards easily converted to every other 3D file format possible. The native model is designed in .skp, with a fully-built 3ds Max 2016 scene, all of which was then skillfully rendered using Vray 3.00 on Nienoord Laan 30 in spijkenisse, where the setting is an elegant villa in Maaswijk surrounded by beautiful detached houses.
