This is version 2 of a nickel band dispenser designed specifically for thin welding strips used in battery-pack construction. The dispenser was meticulously crafted using Fusion 360 software. The lid's inner component features a unique winding mechanism that facilitates effortless strip insertion into the dispenser. It's essential to remove the strip from its slit before inserting it, as failing to do so may render the strip stuck within the dispenser. To minimize print time, it is highly recommended to utilize adaptive layer height settings in Cura. This optimization will significantly streamline the printing process. Within the provided zip archive, users will find six distinct files: one for 5-7mm width, another for 7-9mm, and a third file tailored for strips measuring 9-11mm in width.
