This device dispenses nickel welding strips for battery-pack assembly. It was designed using Fusion 360 software. The lid's inner mechanism allows easy strip winding for seamless transfer into the dispenser. To ensure smooth operation, remember to remove the strip from its holder before inserting it into the device. Failing to do so may result in stuck strips that cannot be retrieved. When printing this model, consider utilizing Cura's adaptive layer height feature to expedite the process. The accompanying zip archive contains six separate files for optimal results: one each for 5-7mm, 7-9mm, and 9-11mm strip widths.
