Nick's CNC
thingiverse
This is a cnc designed, built, and tested by me. It was deigned under the basis that i wanted it to be easily built using easily sourced 3d printer parts. this machine is about as easy as it gets to put together. It uses nema 17 motors,8mm lead screws, skateboard bearings, and 3/4'' sqaure steel tubing. i will be uploading a complete bill of materials in the future, aswell as a few videos of assembly and opperation. UPDATE!!! UPDATED the spindle mounts (not enough opening to install linear bearings) UPADATED the X&Y carriage (made the opening for the linear rails a little bigger). Check out video of it in operation at https://youtu.be/sL5o9wI86u0
