Originally created with SketchUp 2020 and rendered with V-Ray 4.20.03, the model was saved as a compatible file for use with SketchUp 2017. Simply click on the ready-to-render SKP file to get started. The model is also available in four additional formats: FBX, OBJ, 3Ds, and BLEND. These formats were exported directly from SketchUp 2020, ensuring seamless import into other applications. For users of Twinmotion, we've tested the FBX and OBJ files to ensure a smooth workflow. The Blender file was created using the Sketchup Importer add-on in Blender, so all you need to do is set up your lights, textures, and adjustments. Textures are included for easy access. However, materials may require re-assignment for use with other applications. Renders were edited in Photoshop for a professional finish. For SketchUp users, be sure to apply the following adjustments: Scene 1: Set the render output aspect ratio to LANDSCAPE in V-Ray; Scenes 2, 3, and 4: Set the render output aspect ratio to PORTRAIT in V-Ray.
