NG Bike Carb Velocity Stack & Filter Housing

This is an air filter housing and velocity stack for the NG carburetor used in bicycle gas engine kits. The system features a central inlet housing and an optional offset inlet housing, which provides extra clearance to the seat post. It also includes a filter element retainer that replaces the standard air filter. The housing and v-stack need to be secured together using glue or #2 or #4 sheet metal screws. I have added threaded pieces for easy installation and removal. There are dimples on the parts for drill bit locations, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments. You can customize your stock filter element or cut a new one from small engine air filter foam available at most auto parts stores. PETG is recommended due to its gasoline resistance. The velocity stack could be made of PLA. A 1/4-inch ID tubing connects to the spigot as a puke tube, which can be converted into a handy chain oiler with proper installation.
